Michael Thrasher

I miss my brother. I remember happy days as kids, paddling in the River Cole and swimming in the Avon. I remember our chats about girl and boy friends, the plans we made to leave home and rent a flat together. I remember the night he met Gail, our visits to their home in Crewkerne, the arrival of their two boys, Ross and Greg. Most of all I miss the big bear hugs he gave me whenever we met. My big brother. Growing up playing tracking in the dunes whilst on holiday with him dragging me behind because my little legs couldn't keep up! His enormous smile and cheeky grin. His sense of humour. Just a few of the many happy memories and things I will miss.

Rest in peace Mike. Your sons are lucky to have had such a great father as yourself. You welcomed me to your family with open arms and I'll never forget the Christmas dinner I spent with you Gail, Greg and Ross.

I will miss his warm smile and laugh the most.
