I had the pleasure of known Michael when I could say he was working for me i.e. serving me pints of Guinness in the Stores a place I spent many a happy hour with family and friends. Later when I went to work for him I was not surprised to discover that Micheal was the same person and had the same manner, staff or customer it did not matter he treated everyone the same, a true gentleman. Rest in Peace, Michael.

Wexford was blessed to have him and we will remember him forever. The Stores was a place everyone loved to venture to, be it for food, a drink, a dance, the warm cosy fire, the music, the kind welcoming staff and the warm smile and wave of its owner.
