Please accept our deepest sympathy on this sad occasion. We will always remember how friendly and welcoming Michael was to us when first we moved to Lea Road over thirty years ago. He was always great for a chat particularly in the summer months when we would chat about hurling and other items. He always had a smile and a friendly word.

Very saddened to hear the news about Michael. When we'd pile into Lea Road as teenagers, he was always very welcoming and friendly. He had a great sense of humour. I was very shocked to hear of his passing.
