Though aware that Michael was unwell in recent times, it still comes as a huge shock to learn of his sad passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with Catherine, and family at this time. Michael was a massive man, not just in a physical sense, but also with his personality, charisma, and amazing sense of humour. We loved every minute listening to Michael talking about Parnell Street in the old days. Could have listened to his stories for hours. His body may have given up, but his mind was as sharp as ever, right up to the last couple of months. Forever rest in peace Mike, you will be missed
