It was a pleasure to work with Michael in Aer Lingus , he was a great character amongst the avionic engineers. Loved the hurling chats and he was great with the electrical troubleshooting. To Michael's family I send my deepest sympathy. I was shocked when I heard the sad news from Robert Brandon but I'm sure it's devastating for all of his family and close friends. Although I left Aer Lingus a long time ago and have been living in New York for years I was still in e-mail contact with Michael. His updates on how our mutual Avo friends were doing was something I looked forward to receiving. His good natured and gentle wit will be missed by all his friends.
