It is with a great sadness that I have read of the death of Micheal this evening. He was a very brave and talented gentleman. My thoughts are with his beautiful wife Maire, his children and grandchildren as they say farewell to a much loved husband, father and grandfather. I fondly recall Micheal's visits to Sligo and Rosses Point. "No-one dies poor or empty. All the experiences of life collect together in their final weave" (John O'Donohue) Micheal lived life.
