Sincere sympathy to the Crean family. I remember Michelle from our teenage years & she was a larger than life character who always had a big "Hello Loveen" for everyone. She was a proud Ballina woman. May she Rest In Peace & fly high with the angels.

Like so many others I am deeply saddened and shocked by Michelles untimely passing. Growing up on the Sligo Rd., I had the pleasure of meeting her most weeks as she would walk past Judges or roll down the window of the families brown sierra to dispense some matriarchal advice or give you a good jibin' [sic]. A true Ballina character and so much more. Condolences to the Crean family.

I had the privilege of knowing Michelle in college. She was larger than life with her infectious personality and lit up the room with her presence. If you were upset or stressed, that would soon change after a chat with her. She knew how to put a smile on your face. I’ll never forget those wonderful memories.

So so sad to hear of Michelles untimely death - way too soon, too young. Michelle remains a much loved past pupil of St Mary's - for her wit , her passion for life and her joyous personality. I had a lovely chat with Michelle at the wonderful family bbq when I was in ireland in 2022. She was such a lovey person, ful of life. Heartbreaking news. She will be missed.
