I am so sorry to hear of Michelle's passing and wish sincere condolences to her family. Clearly taken too young. She was a very sensitive and gentle soul with a great character. I have fond memories of carrying out botanical surveys with Michelle about ten years ago and was just thinking of her the other day as I exclaimed "jeepers!", a word that always evokes her memory!

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Michelle's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle in Fehily Timoney and subsequently when she set up Cluain Ecology. Dear Breda, Michael, Enda, Niamh, Gemma, Ailis and Aoife. I am so very sorry for your loss. Michelle was a wonderful friend to me and had a massive impact on me in our growing up years. We traveled through many milestones together and the memories that I have of her are special and precious. I remember her talent as an artist, her love for animals especially her horse and dogs and her love of being out in nature. She was a free spirit, completely herself, and a kind, gentle and beautiful woman. I’m so sad and shocked that she is gone. I’m honoured to have known her and to have all the amazing memories. My love and prayers are with all of you now. May she rest easy 🙏
