My condolences to Peg, Bernie, and Mikes family. Many years ago, on the day before he had his bypass operation, he rang me to come and take his sheep. He wanted them out of the way so his family wouldn't have to be bothering with them. I had no money to pay for them. He told me if he didn't survive the operation, I had them for free. Thankfully he survived and we had a great laugh the day I paid him. Mike was a gentleman to deal with. God bless him and may he Rest in Peace.
