Very sad to hear of Miles' passing. Even though I haven't seen him for forty years I remember him well from Max's Wine Bar days. One of Kinsale's great characters lost. Rest in peace.

So sad and sorry to hear about Miles. I'm so grateful to him for bringing me into Kinsale Farmers market and being such a lovely trading neighbour, with Rafa. My stall was opposite the two of them and I enjoyed thier company, he was kind and shared advise. I really am shocked to hear of his sudden passing. May he rest in peace.

So very sad to hear this tragic news. Sending love and best wishes to all the family at this dreadful time. So many fond memories of wonderful times in South Africa, Switzerland but most particularly at home in Kinsale. He was literally a towering life force. While he would never miss the opportunity to roast you if he could, this failed to hide his extraordinarily kind and generous nature. I wish you a fair wind. You have left the world a much poorer place.

All the Crosbies have lost a true friend and great person this week .

Miles has been a friend throghout a couple of generations to us now ,our folks and our kids and shall be missed so much .
