My mother shared a room with Millicent and each time I visited my mother Millicent would always greet me with the warmest of smiles and a most cheerful greeting. I cannot forget how she always had something positive to say to me. Either about how great my mother was or how lovely my hair looked. Millicent loved to make a real connection with others around her. We always held hands and had great chats. I remember her as a very kind, dignified and positive lady who loved to spread happiness. She will leave a big gap. Her family should be so proud of what a wonderful human being she was and my condolences to you all.
Sincere condolences, rest in peace Millie.
So sorry to hear about Millie passing. My aunt Marie Walsh shared a room with her In St Mary’s Nursing home for a period of time and she was a lovely person to chat to. A lovely lady.

So sad to hear of Millies passing. She, and Pat, were lovely ladies and my dad and I enjoyed our vists with them years ago. When the enderly die, a library is lost and volumes of wisdom and knowledge are gone.

The end of a grand generation of Fegans. As a child and then as an adult I grew up with 3 aunts at Halliday Square. They were my rock and connection to my homeland.

I have very fond memories of Millie over many years. She took a keen interest in everything and was always ready for a good debate. She possessed boundless energy and had a good sense of humour, which she maintained to the end. She will be sadly missed. Rest in peace.
I remember you fondly Millie. Seeing you last October was a joy. You told me what beautiful writing I have as we held a conversation via written notes. You always had a friendly smile and a warm heart The last of a fantastic trio that we fondly called The Millies!
With sadness on this passing of dear Aunty Millie a formidable lady with strongly held views.
I will always retain fondest memories of visiting and staying in Halliday Square and our many conversations on Irish history.
Your memory will always live on.
Rest in Peace. Fran and Lisa

Millie! What an indefatigable woman you were. Nothing daunted you in life. My memories of you are legion but a yacht varnish moment with the front door comes to mind. So good we were all able to celebrate your 105th Birthday last September with you. I'll miss you. All love.
You will be missed for you determination and humor, I remember the summers spent at Halliday Square where you made sure I was always entertained. You are also remembered by Annabel, Sebastian and Elisa here in Melbourne Australia.
May you Rest In Peace.
