What tragic news to hear that Miriam had died.
Carolann and I had arranged to meet Miriam in Limerick in mid August.

We all worked and played together in the 80’s in Cork and were all great friends.
We have met up with her in Limerick on a few occasions , pity the motorway was not built and we would be there much quicker.!,
We will miss her, but she is at peace in the arms of her mum Joan and dad Paddy..
It was nice to feel her presence today in the church at her funeral mass, and to to experience the peace in the graveyard , May she rest in peace.

We are both shocked and saddened to hear of Miriam's passing. Our sincere condolences to Joan and all the extended Williams family. I (Carlo) have happy memories of Miriam back in the late seventies and early eighties when we were all young. She was always great company and great fun. I (Anne) have fond memories of Miriam as a neighbour in Summerville and in more recent times in Southville. Miriam's obituary photo is lovely and it is how we will always remember her.

Unfortunately we will be unable to attend the funeral, but Miriam will be in our thoughts and prayers.
