To Monica's family, my thoughts are with you at this time. Monica was my mum's dearest friend and I have heard many stories of fun times as they were growing up. Throughout her life, Mum spoke of Monica, Rusty, Sylvia and Carol (I don't remember the boys). Although I didn't know the family very well, I felt I did. My deepest sympathies are with you on the loss of your mum.
So very sorry to hear that Monica has passed away. She was a wonderful lady and we have such fond memories of her. We would have been there but only found out today. Sincere condolences to all the family.
