I was deeply saddened to hear about Monty's death when I was visiting my wife Sheila in Fern Dean Stepaside this afternoon. I had come to know Monty, Esther and Helen and other family members during my visits. What a great age! A lovely man and a lovely family, may he rest in the peace he deserves. My thoughts and prayers are with Esther and Helen, in particular for their enormous devotion to Monty,
