So sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Hand. I have the fondest memories of her in Warrenmount as a kind and gentle lady. Deepest sympathy to her family at this sad time.

I was deeply sorry to hear of Moya’s passing.
Moya touched so many lives, young and old.
So many happy memories.

Cliodhna and family,I was saddened to hear of Moya's passing. I worked alongside Moya for many years in Warrenmount. She was a lovely person full of fun, fashion and artistic flair with a stamina that left us in awe. The children adored her as is evident from the many condolences here. She showed unequivocal kindness to all the children.She was friendly, warm and welcoming to all her colleagues and we enjoyed many many social occasions in her company. May she rest in peace

So sorry to hear of the passing of
Mrs Hand. She was my Teacher in Warrenmount School in low Babies and high babies in 1971 and 1972. She was loved by everyone she taught and everyone wanted to have her as their teacher. I remember I wasn't well one day and she drove me home in her car which had a big Panda in the back of it. I was so lucky as were so many children to have had such a kind loving teacher who made a huge impression on us all.
Thinking of all your Family. Rest in peace Mrs Hand and thank you for being so nice.

Sincere condolence to Mrs Hand’s daughters and family on her passing. I wasn’t taught by Mrs Hand at Warrenmount but I envied those who were. In the almost sixty years that have passed since starting school, I have never heard anything but good words about Mrs Hand. In the era in which we were taught, that says a multitude about the teacher, the person, the lady and the positive influence she had on the many children who were lucky enough to be taught by her. May she now rest in peace.

I’m so very sorry to hear this news. Mrs. Hand was my teacher for both Junior & Senior Infants in Warrenmount ‘83-‘85 and what an amazing start in school I had. No teacher ever compared to her…she was exceptional & just a beautiful person. Everyone adored & respected her. I cannot imagine her loss to her family & friends but I am sure you were privileged to have had her love. May her gentle & beautiful soul rest in peace.
