I’m so sad to see that Carmel has died. She was there all the years while I was growing up, she was a part of the fabric of the Avenue, quiet in herself. I got to know her better in later years. May you rest in peace gentle Carmel.

Please accept our sincere condolences. Carmel was a lovely lady. I enjoyed chatting with her at her gate whenever she popped out to her garden.
