To Aisling and all the family, sincere sympathy on the loss last week of your dear mum. What a wonderful person, a close friend of my own aunt Maura in the Aghada ICA in the early 1960s. I have many enduring and uplifting memories of Nancy from that era. May she now be at peace at God's right hand, and I know that her deep kindness and generosity of spirit has led her to Jesus, to a place where Lazarus is poor no longer.

Dear Aisling, I'm so sorry to hear about Nancy. She took her role as my Godmother seriously and championed any small achievement of mine when I was a child. I have very fond memories of her as a good friend to my mother as they reminisced about their early years in Aghada - so many stories that fuelled such joy for them in their later years. You, Conor, Seamus and Orlaith will miss her most. Rest in Peace.

She adored Lourdes and on PIlgrimage there she soaked up the special atmosphere and friendship that makes Lourdes so unique The prayers, processions and the fun and laughter are amazing in a place where so much suffering and illness can also be seen- Nancy absloutely loved every minute in Lourdes.
