Sincere Sympathy to Mary, David, Oisin and extended Lewis family on the Sad Passing of Ned. Ned and myself were great friends in Finglas back in the 70s/80s. We shared Digs together in Grove Park Crescent. In fact he was my Best Man when I got Married in 1977. We were both goalkeepers for GAA club teams, Ned in Cork and myself in Cavan at the same time. A Great Man to exchange views about GAA and the World affairs. A person who will be very much missed by all who knew him. May Ned forever Rest in Peace.

Dear Mary and David, I was so sorry to hear that Ned had passed away.

He was a pillar of the community on the Green Road and in the wider area. He was always so kind to me when I used to babysit David and drove me home on many an occasion. He had such kindly eyes with a twinkle in them.

He will be sadly missed. Faithlegg will not be the same without him. Goodbye Ned. Love from Orla and Richard.
