Neil was a complete professional and work tirelessly with the vulnerable students at DCS. He was kind, caring and very well regarded by staff, students and parents alike. Such was Neil's loyalty, that he even sent Jonathan to DCS - a testament to his allegiance to the school.

He will be greatly missed by you all.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
