Niall was a lovely man and a wonderful neighbour. He is sadly missed.

To my warrior of a step dad and a man I'll never forget.

Niall was an incredible man, a wonderful husband and such a character. He was a man of the outdoors, loved his time in nature and his truck driving days. I'll always remember his joking nature, how caring he was and how he never wasted a day.

I will always treasure the trip we had to the Ring of Kerry in the campervan. We went out to Innisfallen, and Niall thought he heard wild deer in the bushes, so he took everyone into the bushes to find them. He was a lover of the outdoors and of life.

He fought till the end, and I hope he knows how proud of him we all are. He left an unimaginable impact on everyone who was lucky to know him, and he will be deeply missed.

My thoughts, prayers and love goes to my mum and his wife Sandra, his parents Margaret and John, his brother Gary, my sister Paris and my step brothers, his sons Keith and Sean.

Our final words were between us, but I'll keep that promise to you forever.

Dear Margaret, John, Garry & Sandra, We are so sorry for your loss. Nigey was a frequent visitor to our house from 1st Year at Nessans. He was flash harry once he got his first car and then king of the road when he took up lorry driving. He was very true to himself and we always loved to see him coming in the door to see his pal, Sherry. You are all in our thoughts along with his children and step children.
