Dear Pat, Mark and all Nialls family and friends.... so shocked and saddened to hear that Niall passed away so suddenly. Niall was a great character. I enjoyed his company very much. Niall was a "tonic", smart, witty, stylish ... a man of taste and he will be sadly missed by those of us who knew him. May Niall Rest in Peace.

Great memories and laughs with Niall during the salvage years.
I even bought a few bits from him and always with an extra zero for running costs.
If there is a market upstairs with st peter he will be front and centre and will probably persuade him to change the gates.

Dear Pat, Mark and Rachel,

Some of the most memorable and fun times were enjoying Niall and Pat’s generous hospitality in Grand Canal St. or Harcourt Terrace, where his sleepy crocodile smiling eyes saw all, and summed it up with instant repartee that hit the nail on the head.
An engaging hard working and fun loving guy who built a hugely successful business with his great eye for quality, travelling widely and with his business acuity embracing the internet early for online options.
Niall and Pat with their taste and dedication to quality were formidable as epitomised by their refurbishing many properties especially Harcourt Terrace, a fitting legacy for Niall to leave behind.
We enjoyed some really special times together both here and abroad which will brighten our twilight years and we hope those memories will brighten his family’s lives too.
We send Pat, Mark and Rachel our fondest condolences on the loss of a special, generous, loving thoughtful husband and father.
