We’ve just heard the heartbreaking news about Niamh. She was a lovely, warm person and always had time for a quick chat. Niamh drove Célie to Stewarts and home again on many many occasions. I had the pleasure of working along side Niamh in Stewart’s and we also went to college together. I enjoyed many bus trips and long conversations wit Niamh during these times! Felt like I no her family and Kev, she talked so highly of you all. Absolutely heartbroken to hear the news, it was a lovely send off of Niamh. The tech, the park, the shopping trips
The sleepovers and webcam pics
First drinks, first jobs, first kisses, first dates
Quinlans, house parties, Donabate
The ups and downs throughout the years
The laughs, the fights, the hugs, the tears
And then we grew up and grew apart
And now you’re gone, it breaks my heart.

Girlhood would not have been the same without you Niamh. I am grateful for the years and memories we shared once upon a time, when we were just girls, and we were so happy.

I worked alongside Niamh in Safari many years ago and although I haven’t spoke to her in 6 years I have always had fond memories of her, she never let the bad days get to her and always had a positive attitude, she brightened up Safari with her infectious smile and laughter, she made the hard days easy, the good days better and I’m so privileged to have known her.

We are so desperately sad to hear of the passing of Niamh. She looked after our son many years ago in Safari and was so kind, fun and a wonderful teacher…..I had bumped into to her a while back as she was starting of her own journey as a Mum with her beautiful little girl whom she was so proud to show off.
May her family have strength to take you all through this difficult path.

No words can describe my thoughts. My couple of years coaching Niamh and her friends were the best ever and Niamh was a standout. Beautiful person, and when she crossed the white line you didn't want to be in her way. The couple of times I met her with Freya, she was clearly a wonderful mother.
