To all the family: your Niamh was a powerful runner and the most positive, beautiful presence at parkrun. She was so unassuming, always diligent in running goals but equally prioritising joining Cian and the children from swimming.
We will miss so much the joy of seeing her when she could make the event and equally the comfort of those times she wasn’t there when she & Cian had managed to plan a family trip.
We’ve gained so much from knowing Niamh, we will miss her painfully and she has well earned a place at the heart of Poppintree parkrun.

So very sorry to learn of Niamh’s death. Sincere condolences to all her family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Niamh’s passing. I have lovely memories of her swimming in St John Berchman’s. She was always so friendly and helpful to me as a young swimmer starting out in competitions.
