I have had the pleasure of getting to know Frank this past year and he was a gentleman, fiercely proud of you all and loved Breed dearly. That message shone bright from him daily.
You all cared for him so well, no stone ever left unturned. He was a lucky man and I was privileged to spend time with him.

Sincere condolences to Breed, his beloved daughters Marita, Ursula, Dervela, Niamh and the wider Browne family. My acquaintance with Frank goes back to the early '70s, when he was centrally involved with the upgrade & automation of the telecommunications networks in Dungarvan and later the Clonmel areas. He was an excellent manager who was fair & open with everyone. He also, had widespread interests outside of work gardening, swimming and trade union affairs nationally.
May his gentle soul rest in peace

For many years , Frank and Breed were members of the community who attended the 9.30 am daily Mass in the Resurrection church. We often had a quick chat with them.
