To Angela and Gerry,
I lived in Phibsboro between 2000 and 2006. I drank with Nicky in 'The Hut' and 'Doyles' pubs. What a character?. I only rang him there three weeks ago as I was coming to Dublin for All Ireland. He often mentioned Ballineen, Cork to me!. Belated condolences on his passing. Phibsboro won't be the same.
