I first met her in 1973 when she worked as Head Receptionist in the Aer Lingus owned London Tara Hotel Kensington .Donal came over from Aer Lingus in Dublin as a interm manager .While we waited for Eoin Dillon to take over as General Manager .That’s where Donal met the beautiful Nodlaig .One of the nicest and pleasant persons to work with . Always polite to guests and staff alike . May her gentle soul rest in peace .

She was our first cousin, an integral part of our family - wonderful friend of 70 years - and our bridesmaid in Gougán Barra 63 years ago!
We watched and prayed at her funeral mass - and would dearly loved to have been there - unfortunately for Frank’s illness it wasn’t possible.

Sincere condolences to Donal, Denis, Neasa and Eileen on the death of Nodlaig. She was always a vivacious, glamorous wonderful woman. She brought a touch of Hollywood to sleepy Lahinch when she arrived for short breaks! She was a dynamic lady with a great grà for the hotel business. Nodlaig was a career woman when it wasn’t even a thing. With Donal she enjoyed a well fulfilled life and together they were a wonderful couple.
We will remember Nodlaig with fondness and for her encouragement and interest in anyone she met.
May her gentle soul be at rest in her eternal reward. RIP
