To the carers of my father, at Beechwood Nursing Home, and before that at St. Fiacc’s House, I want to express my deepest thanks for the care, kindness, and compassion you showed him.
Your warmth and dedication made such a difference in his life, and in ours.

Our appreciation extends also to those at Staunton Ave and beyond.
You are truly amazing people, thank you for everything you did for my parents, and for the comfort you gave our family.

I have very fond memories of Noel. He was part of my growing up in and around the swimming club, really supportive and always with very good advice. He was a tremendous swimming teacher, made all the more remarkable by not being able to swim himself. I know he will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathies to the whole family.

Our late father Michael & Noel grew up together, from children down in Castle View to teenagers in Fiaacs Tce they had many a tale to tell. One such story they both loved to tell was when their mothers found out they were planning to join the British Army & both were locked in their rooms until all danger had passed..We can only hope that their laughter today is loud & contagious in the gardens of paradise.
