Deepest condolences to Dee and Family. Uncle Noel was always so fun and loving, his witty personality and his endless jokes. I will miss his messages. My Mum loved him dearly. A brother she always felt blessed to have and an Uncle we remember with such fond memories. I pray they are all reunited together in Heaven. RIP
