...so shocked and saddened to hear about Noel's passing. That is far too young ... too soon. My condolences to Noel's family , his loss is a real blow. My memories of Noel go back to when he was aged around 20 years old and working in Land Reg. What I valued most about him was just how down to earth he was , his sense of humour and his integrity ... a really terrific person. May he rest in peace.
