Noel Brothers

My deepest sympathy to Noel's (rip) family on his passing. Noel was a kind gentleman. We worked together in the People's Flower Gardens for a number of years before Noel's retirement and after his retirement Noel regularly visited the Gardens on his walk with his beloved dog and we would have a chat. I am sorry to read that Noel's wife Pat ( rip) has passed away as well. May both their souls rest in Peace.
