Deepest sympathy to you Lynda, daughter Orlaith, mam Vera and all the extended Carroll family on the passing of Noel, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, neighbour and dear friend. So sorry to hear of Noel's passing. I got to know Noel very well from meeting him at his beloved Shamrock Rovers games. A wonderful personality who will be sadly missed. My deepest sympathy to Órlaith and all of Noel's extended family.

We remember Noel with such fondness from collecting our daughter from school, we'd chat to him when he was collecting Orlaith. Such a gentleman, a genuinely lovely person.
