I am so very sad to hear of Noel’s passing. I have very fond memories of him at Barra’s gigs all those years ago. What a lovely man. Thank you Noel for giving Barra that fiver 34 years ago so that he could go on a date with a Swedish girl he met the day before. It resulted in 3 beautiful grandchildren who you mesmerised with your wit, knowledge and love for politics and poetry. Your spirit lives on in Úna, Ella and Ruairí. Love always.
