A truly 'larger than life' character, Noel enriched the lives of all who were privileged to enjoy his friendship. He was always true to his principles. It's hard to believe that he has passed away. He will be missed. Our condolences to Monica, Sharon, Derek and his army of friends. Pat and Isabel.
