Very sorry to hear of Noel's passing. I remember Noel fondly from when I was a child, he was always very happy and jolly. My nicest memories of Noel include when he came fishing with me and my granddad (Noel's brother) in Dalkey.

So sorry to hear of Noel's passing. I knew him through Civil Defence and I worked in the Dalkey Video shop.
Such a good friend and always helping people. Never a bad word to say about anyone. Always supportive with lots of advice. I will keep him in my prayers.
