Noel DUFFY

Noel was a great scout leader to the St. Michael’s College scout troop where he gave so much time to so many pupils over many years. He raised a great family who he was very proud of. May he rest in Peace.

Aileen, it was with great sadness that we heard of Noel's passing. I fondly remember our days working together in MacGreevy's & having a pint afterwards in The Pembroke. I first met Noel with Aileen and her sister when crossing the bridge over the River Rhine in Cologne West Germany 1966 he was wearing a CBSI Scout uniform. I was on an Architectural Tour of Germany, France and Luxembourg with Sean Clifford and Jimmy Cummins two juniors from the office of O’Connor & Aylward Architects 17 Upper Pembroke Street both went on to form their own architectural practices.
