Noel served St. Patricks GAA Club in many capacities. Among them was the St. Patricks GAA Fundraising Quiz in the Silver Granite, where I worked with Noel on a Wednesday evening with the late John Nolan and the late Seamus O'Muiri.

So incredibly sad to hear of Noels passing. As an 18 year old , just out of boarding school i joined St Pats. I was more in awe of him than afraid. He didn't shout or roar but if you were not playing as he felt you should, he let you know in a way which was "unique".
Pints in the Mucky Duck with the team were an absolute honor to be invited to .

We had a lovely chat with him in Blanchardstown Hospital some time back and he was his usual cheerful self.
