One of the finest men I knew back in the day, we were in Basta together in 1961, remembering he had one of the only Morris Minors around at the time and getting a few rides to dances with him, really great memories! Saddened to hear of your passing

My sympathy to all Noel's family, many's a day my Da Mick O'Connor and myself would visit Noel in his office in Collooney (1980s) and they would talk for ages about all the deals they might&would do. Da always enjoyed Noel's company and would always leave the office with a smile on his face. A lovely man RIP.

We wish to extend our sympathy to Lena and all of Noel’s family. Sadly we were not lucky enough to have met Noel, but we feel we know him through his granddaughter. Laura clearly loved him dearly and delighted in regaling us with tales of her papa, a lovely and well respected man, and a life well lived. RIP
