Condolences to all Noel's family, he was a great neighbour and always had time for a chat. He was like a security guard for my elderly mother while she was alive, he lived across the road and always kept an eye out for her and was always very kind. He added a bit of colour to the neighbourhood. He will be missed. Rest in peace Noel.

Gutted to hear of your passing, You were always a true friend, and we had many good laughs during lockdowns in particular, you were a true gentleman right down to the bone, you were brilliant with animals, always fair, and a good shoulder to cry on during the rough days even when you were not feeling the best due to your health issues. You were a true friend, RIP my friend, Sleep well and I hope you find peace in Heaven.

I'll never forget our mad adventures, nights out, laughing till we were crying, your narkyness, your kindness, your bluntness and although you'd deny it to the ground your softness when I needed a friendly ear, you were a major part of my life, you dished out the advice that I didn't always listen to then you'd laugh and say "I told you so psycho!" You always had my back and no matter what you managed to make a laugh out of every situation even when I didnt want you too lol
You impacted peoples lives more than you knew, you were so much more than a friend, you'll be so missed Noel, thank you for everything ❤️
