My deepest sympathy to Noel’s family On his passing, I remember Noel when he worked in the Distribution department in Barrow street in the Gas Company. He was a great shop steward and union man and represented his fellow workers with great ability and a man of great principles. He was highly regarded by his fellow workers leaving a lasting impression as A great union man long after he left the Gas Company. May Noel Rest In Peace.
