Our deepest condolences to the family on Noel’s passing, there are no words that can ease the grief of losing a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. Take comfort in the love of family and friends and know our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Noel I was so sad to hear of your passing. We passed each other for a little time in 2020 and before I sat in the car with you, you gave your own seal of approval in your own way which made me so comfortable in your company. We worked really well together too and when my time was up you would always seek me out at events to say hello and catch up which you never had to do. You never had a bad word to say about anyone and you had that quiet sense of humour and infectious smile. You are a wonderful role model. You will be missed most especially by your family and friends but also your friends and all of your colleagues in Water works and the wider city council family.

I’m so sorry to hear about your Dad. It’s tragic when someone you love is taken so suddenly. Thinking about you and all your family.

So sorry to hear in the salon today about your dad’s passing Rebecca. I met him once in SuperValu when he asked for my help looking for something on the shelf! We got yapping and when he heard I go to Zinc for my hair he was all chat about you and how proud he was of you. A lovely man, deepest condolences to you and your family.

I'm so sorry to hear this sad news. Noel, following in the footsteps of his brother Jimmy, was such an integral part of The Mansion House and the life of many Lord Mayors of Dublin and he will be missed. It was a pleasure to work with him. His ready smile and that little chuckle were the mark of the man, as was his love and pride in his family.
