He was always so kind and generous to our children . They have always spoken of Noel taking them for walks and to o Driscolls for sweets !

So sorry to hear of the sad passing of Noel. I will remember him for his infectious laugh and rich sense of humour (mostly at Scottish Rugby’s expense) but most of all I will remember him as a proper gentleman, a kind man and a fiercely proud father and grandfather who I had the pleasure of knowing for many years.
