Myself and Noel were good Pals, I’m just gutted at his loss. He would greet me by saying WELL ROG & I would greet him saying WELL KELL ,we played golf together and a cuppa afterwards or even a few pints.
Noel was a Gentleman to the fingertips, and so very proud of his family.
