Noel Kelter

Sad to learn of Noel’s death, I send my deepest sympathy to his wife Greta and to his family. As young children, Noel and I were great friends when we lived in Old Spa Road. Later, his family moved to the newly built St. Brendan’s Park in the mid-1950s. Noel typified a sunny disposition. May he Rest in Peace.
