It was my first branch & he was like a Daddy to all of us. Great memories. I was delighted to meet him some time back in Kilrush when he insisted in feeding my husband & myself before our return to Tipp. May your gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Michael and Family, only heard of Noel's passing on Monday. He was a great friend of the Neville Family. House cards in Kilkee etc. When he called to Anne with a apple tart for chat he was so funny about his racing trips, most still running and his tips from his "spiritual " advisor. He was so kind to all. May he rest in peace.

He was always generous and provided lifts to half the Country over the years. Meeting Noel was always a pleasure whether in Kilrush or at various race meetings throughout the Country. Noel had always his own unique view on things which often triggered good humoured debate. Whether backing horses or playing bridge , Noel did it his way. He will be missed.

It's with a heavy heart that I am writing this condolence for Noel. We go back a long time together as friends. We would have many a discussion together with sometimes a different of opinion but we always came to a compromise. Noel was an honest, decent, funny, generous man who was very intelligent. We were very sorry to hear he has died.
He was such a character. We especially remember his kindness to my Dad when he was sick. He used to take Dad around the town in the wheelchair, visiting various places along the way. Dad loved it !
We are away and regretfully cannot attend his funeral.
