Saddened to learn of Noel’s passing. Sincere condolences to his wife and family. Noel was our postman for many years on the Green Road, Ballyfore. He was highly regarded and well respected by everyone. Noel was especially kind to my late parents, Gerry & Kathleen Hickey. Always a friendly smile, a kind word and a bit of craic….the human touch. Noel often took letters with the money for a stamp and posted when he got to the Post Office in Edenderry. (surely not in his job description). He was everyone’s friend - Sorry for your great loss. May Noel rest in peace.
