Deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your Dad, Noel. Sincere sympathy to Anita, Rachel and Nicole. I always enjoyed the chats with Noel and Evelyn, they were a great couple. I have many childhood memories of Noel's happy family home in Ballysbridge. Noel generously indulged my love of fashion of the years. You will be greatly missed. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Noel and Evelyn were a lovely couple... So complimentary for each other and full of pride for their loving family. Noel was heartbroken when Evelyn departed. I hope that his reuniting with her will be of some comfort to his family and wider circle of friends. Nothing on this Earth is forever. After we depart we live on in the hearts of those who love us. Certainly by this logic Noel lives on a lot more than most. May this love support us all and heal all wounds. Sincerest sympathies to you all. R

So many fond memories of Noel from Sycamore Road …. I remember him driving us to school singing the little while bull and bringing us to the beach throwing jellyfish at us! In later years I always enjoyed chatting with Noel and Evelyn on the road - they both were so lovely. Noel’s sense of humour and laugh is something I’ll always remember. Rest in peace Noel & our sincere condolences to Anita Rachel Nicole and all the family. Bairbre & Steve.

Noel would call in to see my Mam at lunchtime and ask her to make him a coffee cake and he would call back later that evening and she would have one baked for him.
