My sincere condolences to the Normoyle family. I never had the pleasure of meeting Noel in person but spoke with him many times over the phone. He was a pleasure to work with and had a great attitude and way about him. He was an absolute gentleman who gave one hundred percent in work and I have no doubt gave one hundred percent in everything he did in life. May he rest in peace.
