I am very sorry to hear of Noel’s passing, my sincere condolences to all of Noel’s family and friends. I worked with Noel when he was Area Manager in Clondalkin and Ballyfermot. He was a perfect gentleman and a great colleague, He will be sadly missed by all who had the please of knowing him.

I was very saddened to hear of Noel's death.

He was a wonderful and helpful colleague of mine when we worked with the Department of Social Welfare.He was always available to help me out with sound solid advise when I had difficult cases to deal with and he always made time to help me out and leave his own cases aside.I have great memories of Noel and of his kindness and helpfulness.

I never met any of his family but he always spoke with great kindness and affection for them and it was obvious he was a wonderful family man also.I would like to offer sincere condolences to his wife,his adult children and their spouses and to all his grandchildren.As somebody once remarked he was one of natures great gentlemen and a wonderful friend and colleague to me and I am sure many others.
