Sincere sympathy on the passing of Noel to his wife Dympna and his children and extended family. I was so sad to hear this yesterday. He was a wonderful neighbour, always time to chat. I will miss him so much on Cliftonville road. He was indeed a gentleman with a heart of gold. He was a good friend to me in many ways and did a lot of kind things for me throughout the years. RIP Noel.
