It is with great saddness i just heard of Noel’s too early passing from this world. My sincere sympathies to Ursula, Christine and all the family, Noel was a true gentleman, and I had the pleasure to call to him for many years as a Medical Rep. May you rest in peace Noel, you will be hugely missed.

Noel was there for us right though the years. Not just a G.P., in many ways he was very much our family doctor. Through sport, some things French and Noel’s family he made an ever lasting impression on ours. I imagine him quietly sitting with a café watching passers by while enjoying the moment for himself.

Dear Ursula, Christine & O'Regan Family I write to you with a heavy heart and tears cried having heard of Noel's untimely passing such was his impact on my life.

Noel was an amazing GP, gentleman, friend and an all-round fantastic human being. No matter how many other doctors/consultants I was sent to see it was always Noel's supportive advice and guiding words I followed as I trusted him wholeheartedly. He supported my parents in my childhood and me as an adult through some difficult times and no matter how bad I felt going to see him I always left feeling uplifted and smiling with a new story told and knowing it was all going to be ok because Noel said so. The same can be said for happier times like when he knew I was expecting before I even had a chance to tell him, he gave me a big hug and left me know of his joy on hearing my news and told me stories of his grandchildren. He will always be fondly thought of and remembered for his unwavering support, compassion and kindness he certainly was one of a kind.
Sleep tight Noel, RIP and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Noel was my GP as a child and later welcomed me to the practice as a student in medicine. His support came at a crucial time in college. His personal style, sense of mission and patient focused kindness immensely influenced my decision to become a GP and how I practice medicine. A terrific mentor and pure gentleman.
Have no doubt that a part of him will live on in every patient I see.

Dear Ursula and family was so sorry to hear about Noel during the week. Having met you returning from the hospital recently on a few occasions we chatted about his progress. Sadly he didn't get the break we all wanted. What a beautiful mass and tribute you all gave him on Thursday in Curraheen Church it was a privilege to be part of it. We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Noel, whom Dad (Terence) had the pleasure of sharing a room with during one of his recent stays in the MUH. His passing came one month to the day after Dad’s and we hope their paths will cross again, this time in heaven. His loss will be immeasurable to you all. May he rest in peace now.
